Processing Time All candles are hand poured in small batches and require 3-5 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping — 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2-3 business days
- Overnight — 1 business day

- Expedited and overnight rates calculated at checkout
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged Orders If your candle arrives damaged please email us at themeltingpointcandles@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order please wait 24 hours before contacting us as packages are sometimes delayed. If still missing contact us and we will resolve it.
