What are your candles made of?

All Melting Point candles are hand-poured with 100% natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils that are free from parabens and phthalates, and lead-free cotton wicks.

How long do your candles burn?

Our standard 8 oz candles burn for approximately 40–50 hours when cared for properly. See our Candle Care page for tips on getting the longest burn.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the US only. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon.

How long until my order ships?

We pour and pack orders within 2–3 business days, then standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.
