Shipping

We ship all orders from our workshop within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the US. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Because candles can be sensitive to extreme temperatures, we package each one carefully and recommend bringing your order inside promptly after delivery.

Returns

We stand behind every candle we make. If something isn't right, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right  whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Unused, unburned candles in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged In Transit?

Anything can happen. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
